For more than 15 years, I've helped people make positive changes in their lives through weight loss, wellbeing and one-to-one support.
Over the years, I noticed that many of the challenges people faced weren't just about food or habits. Anxiety, stress, low confidence, fears and limiting beliefs were often holding them back from living the life they wanted.
That led me to explore more effective ways of helping people create lasting change, which is why I trained in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Reiki.
Today, I help people overcome anxiety, fears, phobias and unhelpful thought patterns, so they can feel calmer, more confident and back in control.
What is NLP?
I like to think of NLP as a user manual for your mind.
It helps you understand how thoughts, emotions and behaviours work together, and how patterns that no longer serve you can be changed.
Sometimes anxiety, fears and phobias can feel automatic, as though your mind is following a route you've travelled hundreds of times before.
NLP helps you create new routes, giving you more choice in how you think, feel and respond.
Many people are surprised by how quickly they begin to notice positive changes. Everyone's journey is different, but meaningful progress can often start from the very first session.

Your first appointment is a chance for us to get to know each other in a relaxed, supportive environment. We'll talk about what you'd like to achieve, discuss how I can help, and decide on the best approach for you. With NLP, many techniques can be content-free, so there's no need to revisit painful memories or talk about anything you're not ready to share.
Everything we discuss is treated with complete confidentiality, giving you a safe, supportive space where you can feel comfortable being yourself.
Appointments take place in my private office at Globe House in Love Lane, Cirencester. It's easy to find, with convenient nearby parking.
It's perfectly normal to feel a little nervous before your first session, but I'll make sure you feel welcome, comfortable and at ease.
