For more than 15 years, I've helped people make positive changes in their lives through weight loss, wellbeing and one-to-one support.
Over the years, I noticed that many of the challenges people faced weren't just about food or habits. Anxiety, stress, low confidence, fears and limiting beliefs were often holding them back from living the life they wanted.
That led me to explore more effective ways of helping people create lasting change, which is why I trained in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Reiki.
Today, I help people overcome anxiety, fears, phobias and unhelpful thought patterns, so they can feel calmer, more confident and back in control.
What is NLP?
I like to think of NLP as a user manual for your mind.
It helps you understand how thoughts, emotions and behaviours work together, and how patterns that no longer serve you can be changed.
Sometimes anxiety, fears and phobias can feel automatic, as though your mind is following a route you've travelled hundreds of times before.
NLP helps you create new routes, giving you more choice in how you think, feel and respond.
Change doesn't have to take years. In many cases, positive shifts can happen far faster than people expect.
I trained as an NLP Practitioner with Ali Campbell, an internationally recognised NLP trainer, best-selling author and coach. I'm also completing my hypnotherapy training with Ali, whose practical, results-focused approach has shaped the way I support clients in overcoming anxiety, fears, phobias and limiting beliefs.
Alongside this, I've continued to develop my skills by training with Steven Barnett (iGNLP™) and Graham Nicholls, giving me a broad range of techniques and perspectives to draw upon when working with clients.
My training includes qualifications accredited by the American Board of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (ABNLP), the Complementary Medical Association (CMA) and the Complementary Therapists Accredited Association (CTAA).
I believe learning never stops, so I regularly invest in continuing professional development to ensure I'm always expanding my knowledge and offering clients the most effective, up-to-date approaches.
I'm DBS checked and Fully insured.

Sessions are tailored to you, your goals and your circumstances. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, a specific fear or phobia, low confidence or simply feeling stuck, we'll work together to help you move forward.
Appointments are available face to face from my private practice in Love Lane, Cirencester, or online via Zoom.
